A quantum leap marks the moment when a large number of individuals simultaneously reach an inner state of balance — coherence — attuned to a shared intention. This gives rise to a collective field of higher consciousness, enabling a new way of thinking, communicating and acting, much like how organisms or structures in nature suddenly reorganize into a more stable configuration.

For a long time, we have contemplated what this shared intention truly is. An infinite field of possibilities presents itself. Yet one vision stood clearer than the rest. That vision is a MATURE HUMANITY.
A world in which every individual is capable of bearing responsibility for their being, knowing that all actions influence the whole. An awareness of a world connected in a dynamic web of relationships, where in this diversity each of us is unique, yet we seek what unites us into oneness. For we are all part of the same universal field, part of a living universe, and each of us is a symbolic cell in the organism called humanity.
Because only a mature humanity is capable of creating values that lead toward a new era of freedom, creativity, peace, harmony and the wisdom of unity.
